Although Candid Clix is a new endeavor for me, photography has been a hobby of mine for over 20 years. I was still taking mostly film pictures until Halloween of 2006 when I decided I needed to move into the world of digital photography. I have two children, a 5-year-old boy and a 2-year-old boy. I came to realize how much my older child enjoyed looking at pictures of him when he was younger while my wife and I enjoyed being able to revisit so many memories of fun times and exciting adventures together. I was worried that I was not capturing enough candid moments of my children, yet getting all of the film pictures developed was getting very expensive. My dream is to have a career consisting of something that I love to do, so I started Candid Clix as a way to fulfill my aspiration and allow others to enjoy the memories that I am capturing for them. Life is so short, so enjoy the time you spend with your children and cherish the memories that you create together.
